I am a mother of 3, BYU-Provo university graduate, and certified in 6 Body Sculpting techniques.  I am my own sculpting client; and I am here to tell you, each technique is tried and true! My background story: For 11 years, I was a Zumba instructor teaching people to dance their way to health. I then took on long distance running in the early morning hours while I went to work by day in the Health Care industry and later teaching children in Elementary School.  Though I loved teaching, I found myself constantly  sick and getting sicker.  I hit rock bottom when I found myself 20 pounds heavier, sick with relapsing  upper respiratory infections, and very tired of being sick.  I needed a change.  By miracle,  I stumbled upon Body Sculpting and the use of Laser lipolysis, Ultrasonic cavitation, Radio frequency, and Vacuum therapy to name a few.  I found that using these modalities along with healthy eating and exercise habits are the ideal ways to literally sculpt your body (without surgery and paying exuberant amounts of your hard-earned money to a doctor). Since then, I dropped those 20 pounds, sculpted my body with my own equipment, and have become  a multi-certified practitioner using non-invasive techniques that target  stubborn fat pockets that are resistant to exercise.
