Hello, I am Kastle. I created Love You Body to give women a more personal approach to body contouring services. When you visit me, you're not just receiving a treatment—you're gaining my personal attention, education, guidance, and a tailored plan centered around your goals. As a mother of three, a Brigham Young University graduate, and certified in six body contouring techniques, I am also my own sculpting client, and I can assure you that each technique I offer is tried and true! My journey began as a Zumba instructor for 11 years, teaching people to dance their way to health. I later transitioned into long-distance running while working in the Health Care sector and, eventually, teaching children in Elementary School. Despite my passion for teaching, I found myself increasingly sick and 40 pounds heavier, suffering from chronic upper respiratory infections and extreme fatigue. I realized that I needed a change. By chance, I discovered non-invasive fat loss treatments, including Ultrasonic cavitation, Radio frequency, Redlight, and Vacuum therapy, among others. I learned that these modalities, combined with proper hormone replacement and healthy lifestyle choices, provide effective weight loss solutions that allow you to sculpt your body without surgery or exorbitant costs associated with plastic surgery. Since then, I've successfully lost those 40 pounds, sculpted my body using my own equipment, and become a multi-certified practitioner specializing in non-invasive techniques that eliminate stubborn fat pockets resistant to exercise. These methods help smooth out cellulite and firm the skin, delivering safe, long-lasting results so you can love your body like never before—all without breaking the bank!
